Golden Top Company Limited, the predecessor of Golden Top Group was founded in 1995 in Hai Phong. The main business lines of the company are producing, processing leather footwear and products from leather under the orders of foreign partners for the purpose of export. With the efforts of the leadership, staff and workers, the company has quickly built its reputation and brand for overseas customers and then gradually dominated market to become strong Golden Top Group strong as it is today.
Right from the start-up date, Golden Top has identified itself path of sustainable development to build trust with customers by investing in construction of numerous plants and factories with new machinery, equipment, production process to produce competitive products in the market.
After nearly 20 years of construction and development, Golden Top has currently developed into a multidisciplinary business group specializing in products such as leather shoes, boots, sandals for the famous brand in the world like: Timberland, Clarks, Camper, Prada, Ugg, Rookport, Luca, Seibel, Espirit, Tommy, Babor, etc. with 05 companies including: Golden Top Co., Ltd, Golden Star Co, Ltd, AnhVang Co., Ltd, Tan Tien Shoe Co, Ltd, Kim Dinh Co, Ltd and member branches and plants from north to south, creating a stable income for nearly 27,000 workers, with women accounting for over 80%.
These workers when recruited are trained and coached vocational skills in accordance with the technological process of production. Therefore, the production of the Group is growing, annual sales keep continuously growing.
In addition to the main business lines as producing, processing leather footwear for export, the Group has currently implemented a number of projects such as Golden Beach Resort in QuanLan Island, Van Don District, QuangNinh Province; international-level Gia River Ecotourism park, combined sports, recreational resort on the bank of Gia River, the most beautiful river in Haiphong.
